The Arctic Swirl Blender is designed to allow you to serve soft ice cream with added value mix-ins such as chocolate, sweets, nuts, cookies, fruit etc. You simply part fill a disposable waxed cup with your soft serve ice cream, add the mix-ins chosen by your customer and using the variable speed control of the mixer you blend them into a frozen treat that they can eat with a spoon.
Many operators use the Arctic Swirl Blender to produce milkshakes and frozen yogurt smoothies. To produce a milkshake you simply take a disposable shake cup, half fill it with soft ice cream, top it up with fresh milk, add your flavouring syrup and blend, for frozen yogurt smoothies you might want to add fresh fruit before blending.
The unit takes up minimal counter space and just requires a standard 13amp socket.
