From our UK headquarters we have been exporting equipment to Africa, the Middle East and various European Countries for over 30 years.
Suitability Of Equipment
All of our equipment is suitable for operating in countries with warmer climates that may suffer with electrical voltage fluctuations and power cuts. If your requirement is for a soft ice cream machine we would strongly recommend either a countertop model from our ‘Compact Series’ or the high capacity model 33’S’. All of our soft ice cream machines are extremely easy to operate and have none of the electronic control boards (PCB’s) found on our competitor’s machines which can cause unreliability when there are electrical voltage fluctuations or power cuts.
Reconditioned Equipment
Many export customers ask us to supply used equipment and we usually have a good stock of reconditioned machines, however, we believe that new equipment is more suitable when you take into consideration the low net prices on new equipment for export and that over an extended number of years they will be more reliable and will have a longer working life.
Ice Cream Mix Etc.
We work closely with all of the major suppliers of ice cream, shake and slush products and we can ship initial stock with the equipment and provide contact details in most countries for the supply of products locally.

If you are visiting the U.K. we would strongly recommend that if you are able, you visit our U.K. Headquarters in Eastleigh, Hampshire, we are just over one hour by train from London’s Waterloo Station. At our offices we have an excellent demonstration facility where we can show you our entire range of equipment and demonstrate how easy Electro Freeze machines are to operate and we can tailor a package to suit your individual requirements.
